Tonight - watching Skins, as I've nicked Evie M's DVD whilst she's away, and have totally got into it (I know, I know, its for teenagers!)
Tomorrow - Cheltenham Sunday - new route, over the Malverns, across to Ross on Wye, then back home via Gloucester. Going to try out my new helmet, which is ace! Caberg trip. It should stop my ears from hurting so much. |

Stuck in work tonight till 7am, bed till 11am Saturday morning, get in the garage and finish off the new tail tidy ready for a run on Sunday
