It's a shame my 250's off the road though - its performance is on a par with an SV which makes it rather more suitable for a group run than the thou.

im sure your be able to keep the thou under control for a group run, my brother seems to do it fine and he has a blade, he sticks with the group and doesnt shoot off.

I don't mind being a pace setter - that way anyone who wants to go on ahead can... I won't be going mad but I intend to have a spirited ride with a stop for lunch and a bit of socialising.

I'm preparing route plans/directions - so everyone will know where we're going and where the stop(s) are, if any.

The invites there - everyone's welcome - up to you how you ride it - if you fancy it.
