My dad won't say it but he kinda misses that bad old cat. He loves the blue cats on the Sheba and Febreze ads. SO I trawled the net and found a breeder locally of British Blue cats, and reserved one. All of us kids clubbing together to get him one as they are really expensive.
It won;t be ready until the end of May. So the lady is emailing me pics later in the week of the one we chose, so I can put them in a card for him to see

Really disappointed you even thought to ask if a road legal (well they're not to know it's not I mean YC's been at it ) bike would be allowed.

I know it's worked out for the best that you know you're allowed now.

Besides, no-one obeys these 10mph limits and the like. If a car is allowed, a bike is allowed as well unless a VALID reason is given. It's actually discrimination to allow one form of powered transport (i.e a car) but not another (i.e a bike) unless there's, as I say, a valid reason. I don't think that can be "because we don't like bikes", either.

Ditto and i'd quite happily wait for them to call the police then raise this point directly with them.

Can I ask if your bikes black? This may go against you too

I'd also ask if they would accept a pre booked caravan, to find the bookers is a car full of 5 chavvy loud mouth drunk louts, but in a car....

Does that mean they would get access to the park and you wouldn't??

well yes it will be the black one, not only is it more suitable for the journey, but, I also thought that I'd be considerate and take the one that was most quiet of the two

hmmmm the chavvy loud mouth point did cross my mind on the phone!

But its all sorted now, and so it appears my org friends who have offered meet ups on the way down to break the journey
