Ill leave it at that as Ive never met you and you are obviously unqualified to make such a remark.

Thanks anyway.
So he doesn't spend a fortune on a bike, and this makes it OK for people to damage it? Sounded like a pretty idiotic comment to me.

Unfortunate, but it did sound like a poor choice of place to leave it.

It's is annoying that people seem to think they can F around with things just because they are accessible, on two occasions I've left my bike outside a supermarket and on return caught somebody letting their kid have a seat on it as if it was there for their entertantment like one of these kiddies ride you stick 20p in. If I've caught somebody and had to tell them to Foxtrot Oscar on two occasions, how many times has it happened whilst I've been in the supermarket? You see people reaching into convertible cars and fiddling with things as well.

Cause if you had something you wanted to stop people trying to pinch, you would have stuck a disc lock on it.

Perhaps not the best way to phrase something, or maybe not the best thought out comment, but to be fair to Speedplay the retort wasn't quite warranted either. Had Speedplay said that to Dan's face, my guess would be that the response wouldn't have been the same, perhaps first a question and a good look at his facial expression to qualify if he had meant it to sound like that before suggesting he sounded like an idiot.

I was getting hacked off with the forum for that a few weeks ago, whereby people have a go and be unneccessarily blunt just because it's not somebody your ever have to meet and because you could from behind a keyboard. In getting hacked off by it I found I was doing it myself in a way that I would never do face to face unless the person had really pee'd me off. I had to get concious of it and stop myself from doing it.

This is the best utility for an alarm which can be set off from a distance.
