well the end of the night took abit of a sour turn didnt it. For those of you that had left already... Mr Jonhson, the boss of the wardens came down with a few in tow and told us in no uncertain terms to move. Turns out the young skinny warden who went by earlier had been attacked by a couple of "bikers" a couple of weeks ago on the other side of the road.
I know it wasn't any of our lot cos we aint like that and i explained this to Mr Johnson who had been very stern to start with but i think he knows it wasn't our group and understands that we dont condone or indulge in that kind of behaviour.

I'm very annoyed that we spend so much time building bridges with the guys and making friends so we can have a nice aimiable banter with them and then a couple of morons go and act that way.

Other than that, always nice to see you guys n girls as usual and thanks again to Sally for the lovely cakes, mmmmmmm

Guys so sorry I didn't make it, I wanted to be there. Like I say, this came up very late on and quickly.

Basically, some business came through today for the boss that is worth more than my right foot, I was offered double pay, a night in a hotel and meals paid for and petrol, to get something signed and back by tomorrow. As I'm strapped for cash, its a company car and I needed time to myself, I took the offer just not the overnight stay. Only for it to take me 3 hours to get from northampton to the M18

anyhow 10 hours of driving, 12 hours of being out, and 8 hours overtime, £50 will come in useful, now, where's that bottle of wine?
