Does size really matter to anyone except the girl herself?

I'm happy so long as they work as intended

Not the first thing I notice on a girl anyway...... eyes, smile, legs and bum first for me

I'm a 34G and waiting for a reduction. HATE them. It's very difficult to find clothes to fit, and it's difficult wearing anything without looking tarty.

Might be best her waiting a few years...... I know a couple of girls who were rather voluptuous in the their mid-teens but who had lost a few cup-sizes by their late-teens/early 20s.

My sister had this done and it made her feel much better in many ways. She went private and paid a small fortune, but the result is very good.

It took her a while to heal because she had a lot of flesh removed and then picked up an infection, the hospital treated it very quickly and she was quite poorly for a short while. However, she was back in work with in a few weeks and feeling all the better for it.

Good luck and make sure you pick a good hospital.

You always look great hen, and never ever "tarty".
A few of my female pals at the gym who are hard trainers develop quite flat, muscle bound chests. I must admit the ones who have had a 'boob job' look really great, much more feminine and in proportion

Boobs are like pepsi and coke, ill take whatevers on top as long as its not flat.

Ok, not a great joke but its also the truth

I think i would like to go up a bit in size. not too much just like a good hearty C i reckon.

Its gotta be one of the most frustrating things - You try and lose weight so your boobs look more in proportion and they bloody get smaller too.... Arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Some of the comments on here have me rolling on the floor laughing.

Proportion:
how do you define it with cup vs dress size..oh dear!!

Fake breasts:
Those are the plastic or rubber ones that you stick into your bra or you get attached to an apron as a joke, breast augmentation is all real breast tissue under real skin with a bit of sillicone or saline between the muscle or the ribcage, big difference.

All REAL boobs are great, no...no they're not!

Being rude about people who have implants: just shows that you are either narrow minded, have malicious intent or simply tar every girl with the same brush and assume all implants are huge and look terrible.

Did you ever consider that some women get breast cancer, they lose their breasts and with them their femininity, so condemning people who have surgery just shows that you obviously lack any kind of human compassion, empathy or understanding that it's their body NOT yours.
