Lol, like I say I have welding and brazing kit here if you are stuck.

I never bothered with emus, went straight to cartridge fork and revalved.

Don't have to be smooth, rebound spring sits over it and seal never gets that far up.

I have phoned a few places around here, and no one seems keen to do it.I think I'd rather someone like yourself, with a bit of knowledge of the parts, did it anyway. Its not that far anyway (only 70 miles to Leeds) I drive over 100 miles a day normally anyway.If you don't mind, I'll give you a shout when I know when I'm gonna do it.CheersRichie K
