Thats the sort of thing I was wondering about. I've managed to get away with it twice, and as I have no interest in learning to drive buses or HGV, I'm probably safe from having to sit the test at all now. I still want to see what the fuss is about though.

Perfect example video, an experienced driver would click a few times at the beginning but all the dsa is bothered about is the idiot in the beetle pulling out and how soon you recognise it as a "developing" hazard. i.e do you click when you see the guys walking to the car as you think they may pull out or wait till the car moves. |

That makes a lot more sense now, so cheers for that. I can see what people are saying now about seeing and waiting until it develops before clicking.

What you have to try to do for each clip is relate your mouse clicks to an action you perform on the bike/in the car. Eg: Guy walks to car - you check your mirrors - first click Engine starts (puff of smoke from exhaust) - roll off throttle a little - click 2 Car moves - start braking - click 3 It IS possible to click too early due to problems with the way the software works but if you follow up with a second and third click as the hazard develops, you will score 4 or 3 points and that will get you a pass every time. |

Also if you click at the 5 points mark, then click again on the 2 points mark which one does it register? The hazards are a pile of pee so that's no problem. It's a useless test anyway - apart from the test that you're not blind and can click at the correct times. Like I said earlier, passed it first time when I was 17 for my car theory, then flopped it when I came to do the bike theory 6 yrs later due to the clicks. When I did it second time round, I actively made sure I capped the number of times I clicked and it worked. Don't worry about the hazards though - they might as well slap you with a wet fish each clip its that obvious. |

Each clip records your highest score unless you overclick and get 0
