Lenny youve got taste mate
![]() The lotus sunbeam is by the coolest car of its age bar none, my friend had a limited edition one is a purple / blue colour, he had 086 of a 100 run. Absolutely awesome, beat my 1.3 i had at the time, also loved the Ti version, twin carbs, loads of induction noise ![]() Fizz, i too love the intergrale's, but the biggest turn off for me is rust, they will be rusty, its just a matter of time before you come out in the morning and all you find is a big pile of orangey brown powder and flakes sitting where your car once sat. Ill buy a lotus sunbeam when money is no longer a issue, along with the rs2000 mk2 escort and a mk1 escort mexico. Has anyone seen clarksons xmas dvd, they race prepare a mexico for clarkson to race in, its aswesome, id love a go in that. I got offered a moonstone blue mexico about 15 years or so ago for £600, it needed about £3-400 spending on interior to get it upto scratch, always regretted not buying that. |

I forgot about the Mk1 Mexico. I would have one of these also. Fabulous car, much better than the later RS's IMO. In retro '70's brown please.

BB1 does nowt for me TBH, Carls was nice but for me a bimota is all about the engine, got to be an iconic one, hence it's got to be SB6 (GSXR11 water
![]() ![]() Now then, they should have made one with an RG500 motor. I'd love a harris or Izax framed RG, if I win the lottery I'll build one with an Izax style trellis frame in naked style, black as the night and tuned to the nuts (with a massive petrol tank ![]()

Talking iconic bimota I'd say SB8 purely because its got that TLR motor. Talking lotto win, it would be a Harris or Marc VDS chassis with a Aprilia V-twin
