quick question for you android users, can you control android phones with vnc running on a pc ?

I thought the whole point of android is to stay away from hacking to get what i need.

tweaking / hacking / jail breaking / rooting call it what the hell you want. I just shown you an example of how open this system is, I bet there is a whole lot of other stuff too that I would probably need root access for.

I put tweaking for you amateurs that might not understand the term jail breaking

another question, tethering (wifi hotspot) can you do this on android without the extra cost from your provider? or does the tethering just make your phone a hotspot and uses your monthly data usage ?

So going back to your post earlier you said you have to hack your Iphone to make it better than Android, is that a "tweaked" Android or just the stock version??

At the end of the day all this openness is just boll-ox the only important things that separates them is flash and itunes.
iOS and Android both still need to be hacked for me to get what I want from my device.
