I wish though I was educated up here and I did do a stint at Oxford Uni - may that's why I was bright enough to go back to Glasgow and finished my higher ed there!
Probably one of the few English in scotland that can understand Gaelic too. |

I'm moving house in a couple of weeks. Should I complete the one that got sent to my house here or should I wait and complete the one sent to the new address? Or should I fill both? Or should I not bother at all?
Are you allowed to not bother at all? What's the penalty for not bothering to at all if there is a penalty? |

you should complete the one at the residence you will be at on the 27th March. wait till you are there if no form request another and fill it in Up here its a £1k fine |
