I'm a crap sleeper. I'll normally go to bed about 10/11pm just becuase I know I should.

Normally I'll fall asleep within the hour, for 30mins-1hr, then wake up, go downstairs, have a drink and mong out by the back door watching the garden aimlessly, then back to bed and then toss and turn becuase of 1 or more of the following:

1. Thinking about work
2. Knee in rib from Mrs or Son
3. Covers nicked from Mrs or Son
4. Snoring because of Mrs
5. Most of the bed taken up because of Mrs or Son
6. Daughter wakes up and wants to have a full blown conversation in baby language
7. Horny but Mrs is asleep

So I dont usually sleep very well. My deepest sleep is from 4-6am, and I despise waking up although I need to for work. Weekends I want to lay in but cant becuase I dont want to waste the day off, if I'm not working!

Up most days by around 8am, although that's late for some people.

Night owl, naturally seem to want to sleep from around 3AM till 9 or 10. Work best between 10PM and 2AM really.

Neighbors must love me.

40 years of early starts [5:00am] is a hard habit to break and it has taken nearly 3 years to get to 7-7:30am rising. The one thing I could never handle was shift work,or in my case 8 on--- 8 off--8 on. On average I have 7-7 1/2 hrs sleep but need to stay up till midnight.

Seems the change in times hasn't made any difference. Bed at 12.30 last night, woke 45 minutes before the alarm set for 6am.
