I very rarely ride these days since having son no2.
I think I managed about 500 miles on the VRap between this MOT and the last one, the SV got considerably more than that as Peg used her for commuting for a short time. These days I have other priorities that keep me out of the saddle which is understandable. The miles I ride these days are quality, not quantity. I've been and done the commute in the snow and ice, I've got the tshirt for having a bike as the only form as transport, sure I miss the rideouts, but these days I pick and choose when I decide to take pleasure in a little 'me time' and in recent times its been certainly seen that being out of the saddle doesn't necessarily make you rusty ![]()

![]() I have. I flew from Stansted into Newcastle to buy my Yamaha Thunderace from a friend called Colin who lives in Washington, and rode it home stopping at Squires on the trip. That was 2003 if I recall correctly. |
