Anyone know about tyre pressures?

The tyres say they should be up at 75psi but that seems a bit high to me, got them at 45psi when loaded

I run mine loaded with bike and jerrycans of fuel at 30psi on old mini wheels. Harder than that it seems to bounce too much.
