Nice bike, I've ridden the 07 version, which I presume is much the same, little "squidgy" at the top of the suspension but ok once loaded, engines nice and lovely comfortable riding position, of course a good deal of weight there, but doesn't really come into play apart from parking up.
Luggage effects it over about 80mph so watch for that, nothing dramatic but worth bearing in mind. have fun. Cheers Mark.
