Don't like the new ones... Apart from the brake light I prefer the looks of the old one, and other than that they're so similiar that I'd make the call on looks. (Do the cam swap for £130 and the carbed SV makes more power than the injected one...) Plus I like carbs over FI, when it's as basic FI as the SV.

Plus I've loads of spares for a carbed SV

Any pics or links? The Tiger always had a good following and was one of the nippier big trailies I was told. I wonder if this time they are going for a more road oriented version as it was no Africa Twin in my opinion.

Yup, wide 17" wheels with proper road rubber, 1050 Speed Triple engine, upside down forks, everything new - also it looks rather good (something the current Tiger never has).

I'd imagine they'll also offer an ABS version.

So you have super-moto handling (well almost), big bike performance and all the advantages of a GS1200. I reckon they'll sell them by the cart load.

Im not keen on the multistrada cloggsy, it just looks odd imo. If i was to get something other than the 650, then id get a thou or something like an aprilia tuono. Im not into IL4s although i do like the big bikes - cb1300 gsx1400. However, both are a bit big for me.

i'm more concerned about power delivery than the engine layout. Having said that, I've got no idea how a Zthou actually rides

Jordan's Bikes in Leeds if you want a look. Think it was a very low mileage 05.
