Well Matt, Caroline and myself when down to Lydden today, to give our support.

Very civilized, 12.30 start to the day (none of this crack of dawn stuff on a Sunday).

Dan, done both races without coming to any grief and put in a respectable showing, which may not sound like much of an achievement, but bear in mind he's learning as he goes and racing is fundimentally different to trackdays nice one Dan.

On a personal note, it took me back a good 20 years, seeing the enthusiasm and dedication, not to mention the little primus stove making the tea and stories of really cold nights with nothing to do stuck in a field .

Good day out, and some interesting racing, good luck for the rest of the season Dan, perhaps a few more peeps from the site could make it for some of the other rounds.

Mallory is the next one.

Cheers Mark.

I went too and watched a great day's racing.Got drowned on the way home as the Essex M25 was under water and the Medway bridge now goes under the river.
I can't understand why more peeps don't go and watch club racing. It's a cheap day out with loads of action. No paying £30 to stand in a huge crowd, wait ages between races, and see very little.
And well done Slenver. You are as quick as most of them, but a bit less mad than some.

Really appreciated you coming out to watch... Was great to see some familiar faces especially as it's been quite a while.

Wasn't the most successful weekend in terms of the racing but that's how it goes, and the bike and I made it back alive

Maybe see you some of you again, goes without saying that everyone's always welcome and I really appreciate it.

Not got any trackdays planned until I come back from my Tuono Tour of the French Alps in July. That's if you're going to do a couple inbetween races?

Anyway, might as well dig out this picture for old time's sake of (left to right) Dave, Kev, me, Debbie & Dan.

Take it easy,

p.s. I'm sure I've got a picture of me overtaking you on the Indy circuit at Brands somewhere, or perhaps it was vice versa
Hello, Soho chaps!

I was there at that trackday. I still tell my mates about it - it was a great day and good to meet you all.

I've just bought a curvy to thrash about on. I sold the Mille last year havinggot bitten by the off road bug. I'm riding the SV most days and doing enduros on a KTM 200EXC at weekends.

I hope you're all well. Anybody at Brands tomorrow (Saturday) to watch the Bemsee racing?

Cheers

Ian

Good to hear. You now qualify to turn up in Soho on a Friday night Although don't expect us to execute pit crew duties this time (but we might buy you a coffee)
