When I was trying to decide where to have the tattoo I worked on the theory that it might not hurt as much on a fleshy part as over bone. That's why I went for my bum in the end..............it's definitely got the most meat on it

On the spine wasn't fun at all but it was just normal pain, either side it felt like somebody was dragging a red hot poker across my skin. I'm also a sweater and a bleeder. He had to redraw it twice on my skin cos it kept washing away before he'd done the outline. |
