Heard that he has had his op and that they took a chip out of his elbow, chucked it away and closed up again.

He is apparantly going to be let out this evening so he may (one handed) later on !!

I'm home!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the good wishes, especially from those of you that I don't know & of course the obligatory stick from some
Special thanks to Blue Flame for his help to my Mrs & the abundant photo's. Cheers Grant.

I'm no wiser as to what happened,- no greater recollection than I had. Visiting the scene this evening before coming home doesn't give me any more clues,- there's a particular bump near the centre of the road which I may have hit, but the only bits where the bike has contacted the road are 100m beyond.......

Anyway, head/eye are going to be ok, time will tell on the elbow.
