Pain in the ass neighbours!!!!

I'm with the 'show some respect' crowd, in that I always try and keep the noise down/coast home, especially late at night - it's only fair really.

That said we do have pretty good neighbours who are friendly and show respect back. And thankfully no habitual whingers in the near vicinity!

Must just be your area Mass. I live in Wales too, neighbour on one side owns a Ducati, and you should of seen his wife's eyes light up when I said I was getting the SV with the words of "Oh great, you're into bikes too, it'll give Dylan someone to ride with when he's bored!"

Neighbours on the other side have a 1yr old who loves anything with an engine. They've ASKED for me to rev the bike a little when I get home from work, it's usually tea time in their house and it puts the lil one in a giddy mood & more likely to eat his greens apparently.

As for my house, my youngest is almost two, and every morning without fail when we go down stairs, his words are "Daddy bike, bye bye daddy." Sit him on the SV with the engine running & he'll stay there all day saying "byebye" to anyone that walks past.

As for other people on the same row, there's a couple of bikers and a guy that owns a harley (I cant bring myself to include him as a biker, but he's a nice enough bloke, all things considered). I ride with a stock can, and can't remember the number of times I've been asked when I'm going to make it sound decent.

OK, now that everyone officially hates me, I'll stop...
