Just buy the one you like.
Cars (and bikes) are very emotive subjects and everyones idea of a good car is different. You just have to read this thread to see that. Personally (out of all the cars mentioned) I'd go for the Yaris but thats just me. As for your original question, don't buy either, wait until you find the right car in the right colour. |

In fords defence, i had a very modified XR2 for 3 years with not an ounce of trouble, i also had an Astra which cost me a small fortune in repairs. i now have a volvo.
The Skoda Fabia is a quality car. It should be its the thinking mans polo, and about2k less. Based on the Mk4 Polo platform, and engine, its a good buy, then you can spend the money you save on new leathers!! |

As a general derail/my 2p worth on cars.
Test drove the Fabia when Mrs Tricky was looking for a new car last, I thought it was rather dull. She bought a Yaris in the end. (but thats just me, see my earlier post). As for VW, Audi etc. Eveyone I know who has one says they use a stack of oil ? (and these are (petrol) cars under 3 years old) Wouldn't touch anything French with a stick, Jap all the way way for me please. All of this is IMHO of course
