That's £60 a month for 5 months.... He's gonna feel that. He's had to get the train into London today, and we made sure we were out so he had to either walk or catch a bus to the station

I tried having a "conversation" with him last night, but it seemed that World of Warcraft was far more important than listening to his bank manager..... And he thinks he's getting a Christmas present

Steve, it so bad you havent updated the picture on your website

There seems to be some sort of anglo saxon words or something there...might be a bit naughty, so my mum said anyways.

Steve, tell him to sell WOW gold on ebay like the chinese farmers, in exchange for real money

if hes playing WOW then you've only got until the 17th Jan when the Burning Crusade expansion comes out, to get him to do chores. Actually thinking about it, don't let him buy the expansion, it will drive him mad and he might get the message about how annoyed you are.

Its so sad that as parents we feel under appreciated. My eldest son is still only 10, but his constant laziness and inability to understand how hard I work, and how much he actually has .... I am DREADING these older years.

I am trying so hard to teach both my kids to be thoughtful, considerate and polite ..... these are more important to me then being clever or having fancy grades, but they just don't seem to get it. Don't get me wrong they show signs of these things, but it is such hard work. I worry that the laziness will get the better of him. How can you teach someone to have energy and enthusiasm ? How can you teach that you get out of life what you put into it ? I don't think that simple thing is a lot to expect ?

His WOW subscription runs out on 26th December, and he is NOT renewing it (although he doesn't know this yet )

not all us young ones are bad!
i got a p/t job at 15 and doing 2 paper rounds aswell ( i wanted to go horse riding, i had to pay for it), helped out at the local stables at weekends.
Got all my G.C.S.E's at school, did a year at 6th form and then went college for 2yrs and became a qualified Nursery Nurse.
Moved out of home at 18, lived with bf and his parents for 6mths and then we got our own place, been here nearly 4 years now

Ive got a little cousin, exavtly 10 years between us, and everyone cant believe how different we are, shes v lazy/cheeky/answers her mum back/is rude to her...

Ive NEVER called my mum and dad anything other than mum/dad, and ive never swore at them...i still wouldnt dare to today!
