I can do too much muscle work already, fairly good ammount of muscle behind my rolls, so no need to get more muscle, just keep it to a decent level.

Stu, I used to be a member of a local Esporta gym - they were quite good at setting out a program (which I never stuck to, but only cos I moved away from the gym and there wasn't another Esporta where I went to).

Pepsi Max I'm sure contains sorbitol (a mild laxative ... so if you drink loads of it, I'm sure you'll lose some extra weight LOL)

Alternatively ... read this >
http://www.singletrackworld.com/foru...27e14b8b2fd63a

If you can hold of some of that stuff, then you'll definitely lose some weight and FAST!

Seriously, though, I know you're probably wondering WTF you'd take advice from some skinny tw*t who can eat whatever he likes and never seems to put any weight on ...

Well I have to watch what I eat now (high cholesterol) ... so ...
Muesli ain't for everyone ... I HATED it when I first started eating it, but I tried it with some fresh fruit in (strawberries and blueberrys) and I got to like it
Cut out fried food.
Grill it instead ... and even better if you have a George Formby Grill (turned out nice again) (there's one for the Peter Kay fans).
Shame you can't stomach bananas because they are gr8 for eating after the gym as they help to re-balance the blood-sugar levels and that helps to stave off cramps or stiffness (so I was told?! someone please tell me that's right?)
No butter either.

Whoever said "go to your docs" is right ... if nothing else they can refer you to a dietician who could actually help dramatically with your dietary requirements for such a training programme.

And as others have said ... you don't have to deprive yourself of all the stuff you like, you just have to be sensible about it, and perhaps have those "treats" in moderation.

Set yourself little targets too ... like say, "I want to have lost 10kilos within 7 weeks". Give yourself a "treat" (a few sherbets and a slap-up meal) for reaching that goal, and then forget about it and move onto the next goal.

Oh and GOOD LUCK with it

Pete

Laxatives are a bad idea with me due to a illness i have. Weigh****chers is that not a bit far for me? I am gonna stop drinking beer and if i do drink either alcopops or vodka and coke/lemo. Don't drink as often as i used to so shouldnt be hard to stop alltogether.

Foodwise i am gonna stick to mummys meals at 6 when i get home. Start eating brekkie here at work in the morning when i get in after the gym. Lunch usually is sandwiches, bag of crisps and a bar off chockie(penguin). Also sometimes at lunch i have Subway with lettuce and onions, someone said they are good for ya keep that up as long as i dont have a lot of other stuff if anything with it.

Down to training, I am gonna possibly do the bikes in the gym, sit ups, back sits(whatever it is), couple of bicep and tricep curls, lateral pull, maybe a bit of rowing and then swim ma heart out(love swimming).
