Really.
Huh. I know that Fritz Haber tried to set up reactions to extract gld from seawater. I know he failed, but, I think the work he did allowed people extract Bromine from seawater.

Then he came up with the Haber-Bosch process, which later provided the Nazis with Nitrogen, which allowed the Germans to keep up their munitions production. Which allowed the war to run on.

The funny thing was that Haber was a Jew (by birth.), and the Nazis kicked him out of the country, even though the Kaiser had made him a captain in the German army, and he converted away from judasism. He also noted that some gases were very toxic to humans, and noted that they could be used in warfare. For this he was called the Father of Chemical Warfare.

A number of members of his family were killed by Zyclon B, which he developed.

Apples, not caffeine, are more efficient at waking you up in the morning .

With that in mind, I've got some work that I actually need to do today.

Its just as well God made us with 10 fingers, so that we count base 10 allowing 666 to be nice and easy to remember.

All part of his plan I presume.
Or not. I mean, obviously, I dont presume anything so presumtious. Ours is not to guess Gods mysterious ways.

Yea, having to say 1010011010 would be a real pain.

Now that I mention it, weird how thats the only mirrored binary number I've seen (I know there are probably more, just never noticed the pattern).

Anyway, back to the topic...
Just about 3 people are born every second, and about 1.3333 people die every second. The result is about a 2 and 2/3 net increase of people every second. Almost 10 people more live on this Earth now, than before you finished reading this.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was a real racing car.
In fact it was the name given to a series of cars raced by Louis Zborowski in the 1920's.

The origins of the name "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" come from a bawdy WW1 RFC messroom song about a rather accomodating young lady.

Heres a picture of Zborowski in "Chitty 1"

Zborowski was a flamboyant character who was always up for a "jape", which probably explains the exhaust pipe in the picture.

He was sadly killed in a crash at Monza aged only 29

1. More people have stood on the top of Mount Everest than have succesfully swum The English Channel.

2. My great Aunts Uncle was the clever chap that came up with the idea for cats eyes (The ones in the road, not the feline ones!!) He went on to develope the idea, developed the first working model but forgot to patent the plans! Doh!!
