We only saw a camera van on the A5 up until LLangollen and then one car in Llangollen itself.

If anything G is being conservative in his estimates, there were a fair few.

Ahh yes, I can see the pattern. You guys left early so there would be police deployed to catch folks coming to Wales on the A5 for a blast (bikes and cars) but will have left by the time those that did Sunday's rideout left. Folks do tend to go a bit mad when they see the first twisty bits.

Folks are also a bit predictable and go the same routes to the same meeting spots, so it is easy to cover the roads for the mad ones. (not that we would ever do such a thing!)

Straight after you turn right onto the A5 from the bunkhouse there was a big long straight with 2 marked cars and an unmarked skoda sitting waiting... we tootled past at 60mph this time, phew, then there was a couple of vans and some unmarked cars that ravingdavies spotted.

Sorry I left a bit early, I was so knackered (and aching) from the Friday and Saturday I would have hurt myself (or someone else) trying to keep up for another day which was my main reason for nipping off early, not to mention the tyre which I didnt want points for on the way home.

Ironically another reason was my Kerry going away for a week or so to stay in Mold while working for North Wales police, and I wanted to see her before she set off... YES under the thumb seggons but you know how it goes though

For future reference mate, Sunday is always shorter and slower ride for the reasons you state. It's also why I suggested a Friday rideout was a bit much . Can't help with the thumbprint on the bonce though...

I was comparing the thumb print you had to Bluepete's and they looked remarkably similar.

I took me a while to get this but it made me laugh. I think Pete liked that bit of road too much.

As for me and the Jengo, I might of got a wee bit carried away with it.
