MOT'd Tracer for the first time since sometime in 2019. Due to the broken ramp scandal and covids we have been driving/riding mostly under extensions with little to no testing.

Don't really know John. I'm still doing quite a bit of walking although no running. No treatment so far, have a video consultation(!!) on Friday coming. First time on the bike for a couple of weeks, but other than that I haven't really rested it. Still quite a lot of fluid around the knee atm.
