What was track temp?

Your an inters rider right? and on a Gixer600/750? ... yep, 36 on the rear is WAY to high

On my 600 I run 29.5F 28R!!

Way way way too high. I'd say 32F and 30R would be about right on a warm day

Any problems running a Corsa 3 on the rear and Corsa on the front do you think? Not sure if I should put a new front on...

Not sure what the track temp was but it was pretty warm . It was only my second trackday and also had to ride there and back which sort of limits the changes that could be made.

Are they the same profile?

Well, this time, I'd try running lower on the rear than you were last time!

I'll have a footpump with me for anyone wanting to put tyres back to road pressures after they've been on track.

I'll have a pump too ... but no one else can use it!!

Seriously though, not only will there be a few of us there with pumps and pressure gauges ppl can borrow, but I think the tyre guy will pump them back up/set them for free anyway!!

It in the trackdays/safety interests that people run 'proper' pressures. If you think about it, if they are recommending for you to drop the pressures in the briefing (which they do), they need to supply the means to get you back up there after

Anyhoo, if you want to drop your pressures, do so, there will be no problem getting them back up again after

Isn't there usually a compressor there?

If not you can just take it slow to the nearest petrol station before shooting off.

We will have pumps anyway, but there will be a tyre guy there with a compressor ... basically how a .org member is going to pump tyres up again really isn't a concern ...

Not enough to rely on though, especially on the tyres on your 675 (if your still on standard ones) I'd expect to see a temp difference between a slow in lap (Pass chequered flag then bimble round then into the pits), and a "fast" in lap (Decide to come in straight from a hot lap). So which one of the pressures would be correct? Easier to set them up as cold as possible, cause it can always go back to that later on.
