I think if you look carefully you will see the inner shape of her (and I think we're all assuming it's a "her") thighs matches Quiffs hips perfectly.
I guess it's like when a swimmers chest gets bigger due to nurture etc - Darwinism. Due to the amount of time they have spent wrapped around Quiff, they have taken on that shape.

Note: There is a little indentation which I've been trying to identify - I think it might be a match to Quiffs right ear. Reasons as above.
