A: the same reason why when you come to the end of a filling meal and convince yourself you just can't eat those last few mouthfuls... And because the weather is getting sunnier and warmer and you realise you would much rather be out doing better and more fun hobbies

A. Flies see everythnig in slow motion, well to us it would be slow motion. But to a fly its normal speed. So thats why if you want to catch a fly its best if you move slow, then they won't notice, as to them its taken about tens times longer for you to move.

Same as if you look at a snail, it moves so slow you don't notice it moving at all, this trick works great for flies.
