On the serious side, that age difference is nothing at the moment, you are both adults. The issue might come in ten years when your taking a full day to get over a hangover and she still wants to go clubbing.

Not getting involved with somebody at work is nonsense too. The last company I worked for had only 52 employees and included two married couples who had worked there for years and met there. My sister and brother in law met at work and have been married for 10 years and have two beautiful kids. They worked in positions that would cause conflict of interest, so they it kept it quiet until they decided it was serious enough that it was worth one of them looking for another job in order for them to stay together. Now what a tragedy if they had never found each other, were both still single, unhappy or divorced and the kids had never been born, all because they decided not to get involved due to work?
