still converting.... bloody thing. trying to shrink it down....

smallest I can get it down to is 50mb...

any suggestions as it's only 11 mins 30 secs long..?

I turned an 80MB .AVI file into a 26MB .WMV file with a straight conversion, without losing quality. Maybe worth a try.

Lots of freeware's will do this from downloads.com
