Poll added to get things moving. Glad you're up for it Jimmy, it would be good to get a decent gathering together.

The end of Feb would probably be the track day, and the first weekend of March would be some sort of ride out but as central as possible to get as many area members out as we can. Just a gathering would be good though.

My bike is currently SORN'd (but probably only for Jan) but I will tax it ready for Feb so I can join any rideout that is planned - need to get as many in as I can!

So then Rich, you seem keen - get organising

I am keen Skip I'm getting a thing for this riding lark!
I'd love to get as many people together as possible, but I think the track day would be great. People of different skill levels can have a fast turn and everyone could show the newer/less confident riders round. It would be easy to get to for a lot of people too (I think). I don't know any central area roads for a regular ride out though so would need a lot of help if that option wins.
GET VOTING PLEASE
Thank you.

I have voted, although it will depend if the Sv is on the road, as I'll be doing the front end swap very soon. My schedule for Jan is already packed and with the weather being so flipin cold, finding time to do it is difficult.

However I might turn up on the C90 and give you all a fright by passing you on the outside in the 'Bombhole'

Much as I would love to do a trackday before the baby is born I cant see myself justifying it to Mrs Skip to be honest...

Rideout sounds good though

Yes, Mrs Skip wouldn't appreciate having to visit you if you binned it big time.

Plus you're going to have to be fit and well for the midnight dash to the delivery room, as Mrs Skip won't feel like driving

So, a ride out it is then. After a quick glance at the atlas, Thetford/Bury St. Edmunds is looking fairly central and easy to get to. The only problem is not knowing any rides in the area, or having any time to go and scout any out. I am happy to have a closer look at the maps and pick a route out from them, but it would be a shame to make up a rubbish one if people are making an effort to get together. Does anyone have any destinations to head to from these start points so that I can look into things further?
Here goes
