I was in the carpark last time, barstewards were in the petrol station.
I will do the same as the wife in these situations, ride round & round looking lost, swearing under my breath until I see someone I know, then smile broadly & say ' how lovely to see you'

Thanks guys for an enjoyable day, nice to see you again.
Sorry for my rather prompt departure after the final stop, I looked down at the clock & seen it was 2pm, thought it was only 1pm when we were at the cafe, had promised her who must be obeyed to be back by 2.30pm/3.00pm so had to get a shift on.
Managed to make it back home by 3.15, so not too much problem.
