Been back about an hour. Thanks Dave for a quality ride out and thanks Colin for a quality brekkie.

Wind made the dual carriageway home a little bit interesting but was nice to be warm on a bike for a change.

Was a great ride-out thanks guys for coming along! The wind wasn't much of an issue, was a bit blowy but didn't take the edge of the fun. See you all again soon. Good to have met you for the first time Tim.

Thanks for the rideout today guys! First rideout with the Madlanders, finally feel part of the club now :P

Have been itching for a proper ride for months and finally got my fix, love having a motorcycle and love the community it comes with!

Sorry I missed you at Kimbolton. I went from Higham Ferrers down the B645 via Chelveston, either you guys went a longer way around, or you stopped and I past you. I was flying in the Mini (brakes smelling like a BBQ!) and couldn't figure out why I hadn't caught you, then when I got to Kimbolton and couldn't find you, I assumed you'd turned right before Kimbolton up the B660 towards Catworth. So I headed off up there looking for you, got as far as the A14 junction, gave up and headed for home. I didn't phone you as I thought you'd all be riding and unable to answer. I was back at Kettering by the time Mavis phoned to find out where I was. I must have been in Kimbolton about 15 minutes before you.

Next time I'll come out for the day and on two wheels, Daytona should be ready for MOT this week.
