R6 shock made to fit a curvy?

All racers enjoy winning, not ALL enjoy racing! (Foggy is a perfect example).

If I finished last, I’d throw in the towel!! I don’t see the point in going out there unless your sole aim is to try win (or at least and beat as many people as you can)!

We all do it for our own reasons though, if yours is for fun then fine, mine was so I knew where I fell into the ranking.

As I have actually done it and experienced everything you are talking about but first hand … and therefore not to be talked to like I have no idea! I only provided evidence as it was something tangible and quite ironic that I had actually raced Steve at one point!!

I am interested in the spec of your bike as … well … you refuse to tell me it!!!

I have already proven that I can ride round Brands and Snett (and probably all tracks if we were to look ) faster than you (the results are there for anyone too see), but on a different spec bike … therefore it is pretty meaningless … we would need like for like.

How is that proving your faster? you've just said it's meaningless due to bike spec therefore you havent proved anything?

Excellent!. Is he doing some days on track then, I know Paul has Spike helping him this season.

Mrs Haslam is helping us with PR for the superstocks next season..lovely as she always is. She did ask about you over new year, wondering what you were upto. Best thing was she declared young Mr Brill ex minitwinner fast bloke...got drunk and was found asleep in her bed..not realising she got changed in the room down to stark naked....i bet young Mr Brill is going to be unhappy when he realises she slept through that!

Cant wait for the season to start..,tis going to be fun no matter what anyone reckons racing is all about!

Chunkytfg – I was being facetious … i.e. that me showing that my times on a diff spec bike is pretty meaningless, as would Sarahs (or yours) be on Thunderbikes spec bikes!! That was the whole point

If you want to prove yourself or challenge me, I am game, but you will have to do it on the same spec bike … anything else is pointless (unless the underdog bike wins! ).

All this banter aside, I’d be happy to see how we all get on at a practice day …I actually want a challenge that’s why I am thinking about doing the odd round as I am not getting that from my trackdaying. i.e. I want to see how ‘soft’ I have become … I have forgotten what it is like to push it 100% - 100% of the time!! Can I still do it!?!? That is my new question!

None planned yet. more just a person i know who i can bounce stuff off of to find out what works if you know what i mean.

Yes she was rather nice IIRC. cant remember a great deal abover the neck line though
