Started on an 04 pointy but alas wrote it off As a short ar5e (ok short legs sounds better) I had to have it lowered but still had a few problems with it at low/stop speed. I now have a lowered 02 and I love it. Ok I agree not so perdy but I'm comfy with it. Sexy candy blue a must whichever you ride.
It's just down to personal choice but at the end of the day we all (nearly all) choose the SV

Yeah I think you'll find the hanging on for dear life thing is because they're quicker than the curvey ones. Curves beloing on women, not bikes. I suppose you could say that pre '03 bikes are a bit girly!

Pointy all the way - silver naked K3s look good, as do black faired ones with the lowers fitted.

SVs don't really suit the usual Suzuki shell-suit graphics that the Gixers get.
