and how can you seriouslly be fat runnin for that duration.....your probably burning about 1800+ calories and sweating 4 pints.

Hamstrings seem to have shrunk to the size of twiglets and have the same breaking strain too.

Yep eat too much and am more tubby now than fat, but still carry too much weight for my height.

I go through a pair of running shoes every 10 - 12 weeks.........

Oh yeah and I'm not that quick either.

Gaming xbox 360 mostly
Flying radio controlled aircraft
Playing the guitar
playing with spanners on my SV and then trying to fix what i broke!

Fair play to you.....I want to do the london marathon badly .....although I get black bogeys walking about london for 2 hours on business let alone running for 2 - 4 hrs.
