I find i'm eating less in quantitys than qualities(burgers chips choccie etc) atm lol.

Well done keep it up! But I really would cut and the crisps and chocolate at lunch and may be have something else. I use drink loads of coke far too much I stopped drinking as much of the stuff now......

I cut out a lot of the crap as I said before, it works. I stopped eating anything like MC D's ect about 3 years ago, stuff like that helps. Like if you have steak for dinner have salad with it and nothing else.

I used called DIETRIM when I was training, it seemes have done something, you can get it from boots ect, it helps turn body fat into muscle. My gym instrcutor recommend it.

But you must train and eat good food for it too work. Keep going, you will feel better and better!

I was meant to be signed off today by rehab treatment today so I can go back to full training, he didn't show up so I'm still waiting that really ****ed me off sat there waiting 30 mins only to be told he wasn't coming in when he told he was the day before
