I've just bought her an iPod Touch

I got the 8gig one, I wanted the 16gig but they sold out pretty much easily, and I didn't want to wait weeks for one. I went through iTunes and narrowed down 35gigs of music and only put on what i actually listened to, about 2gigs, so there's still plenty of space. The 8gig was free on my contract, 1200 minutes and unlimited texts free bolt on, 45 quid a month.

Can't be ars ed reading all the posts, but am quite chuffed to be the owner of a brand spanking new Samgsung Tocco (F480) Mate at work has the I-Phone and to quote a loser, "Oh I wish I had waited for that"
Small, stylish, light, fashionable, good to touch, basically, all the things I am not. I live vicariosuly through technology....
It's touch screen all over, only virtual keys, speakers by (according to the spotty teen at phones 4 you) Bang and Olufsen (yeah, right!) and 'cos I am an argumentative sod (and happened to be adorned in hi-viz and body armour) I have it at £25 a month, 400 mins calls, unlimited texts, unlimited surfing AND £90 cash back!

Aren't I lucky!

Got mine Friday morning, been conditioning the battery over the weekend while I wait for my number to port across. Great phone - iPlayer on the move is brilliant - although really only works on wifi.

Really looking forward to using it for real - I have ordered a number of covers/cases off of ebay from China, so hope they arrive in time so I don't trash it. Need to get a screen protector aswell.

Looks great, haven't needed to look at the instructions. Use a Mac at home so syncing it with all details across was soooo easy - inc. internet favourites.

Looking forward to trying out the new GPS functions, although I need to find a replacement for Sports Tracker that I use regularly on my N95 to track and time my exercise on the bike (push bike)

I tried to get one on the day they came out, and my local o2 shop is ****ty and I have had a few conflicting reports on getting one, they're now out of stock and as I shelled out £270 for the original and was told I'd be able to get the first update, I'm a little annoyed. Aside from that, the app store is great!
