Route looks top notch to me. I'm liking the idea of leaving the kit somewhere for the day, would make the riding easier.
Have you had any thoughts on meet up and start times?

 I just don't fancy having the panniers on all weekend again. Quite fancy leaving everything bar my wallet and phone somewhere and not having tankbag either.
