On a matter very close to the title of this thread, and less in sync with anything to do with legs, "woozles", weddings, wine glasses or otherwise:

While most of you were having a nice weekend out and about (which I sorely regret not being able to make), I came inches away from buying a new house. But then didn't.

So this weekend, the same again.

PS. Anyone selling a nice house with an M or north Cheshire postcode?

Why inches, why didnt you buy and what are you after.

If they came with a pair of legs would you pay more?

By your language I'm guessing you're not an estate agent

They use words like "Strong market", "healthy sale" and "ambitious investment". I hate them all equally.

"Inches" purely because of finding the perfect house (thought), then finding out a bit more about where it is, and the potential issues that brings with it.

Looking for a nice (big, haha) house, ornamental lake, landscaped gardens and a chauffeur, you know - the usual for the North West

South Cheshire location, within easy reach of amenities, on street parking, landscaped yard, security Gates to the side (to stop undesirables). Sound good?

The houses 2 &3 Doors down have security cameras mounted on the front of their houses because of the crime rate, I've been broken into twice in 4 years & the place is swarming with immigrants.......................
