I think however your best bet is M25 round

Actually I was hoping you'd suggest a place we could meet up on your way through from The Ace. I can get to Boxhill OK. It's just a long and boring ride to get there by myself first.
But let me know what time at The Ace and I'll try to get there

Im not going to the Ace, will be heading down through Brixton towards deepest, darkest Croydonia, you are more than welcome to come and meet me at my place, its just thats its a little bit of a faff from your place, but if speed/distance are not a worry, just let me know to wait for you.

We should be picking Muffles up on the way through.

I'm having breakfast @ Rykers (Box Hill, hoping to be there @ about 9:30)

So if you want to head south to catch me at my place for 8:30 instead, we should be tucking in about 9:30.

Ok whats the planned route from The Ace to Box Hill?

If its through town, its 7 miles shorter than the M4/M25 route - may not be much slower on a Sunday am though.

If thats the case we can meet up on the way.

For reference my previous thoughts of the A23 were wrong - will be taking the A3 south, hopefully meeting Muffles @ Colliers Wood Station.

Luke, dont see much point in you coming over to my place and wasting 5 mins - so, unless you are popping in to your place 1st, how about we meet on the A3 - I am thinking that the Petrol Station on the A3 here would be as good a spot as any.
