Ah hem, as for the crossers and John Wayne type walking?

It took me three days until I could actually walk up and down the steps at work and probably about five before my thighs stopped screaming at me

You know I'd love to come to AR09 but I'm working the Saturday and I'm out playing on track (and whupping some blokey ass) on the Sunday
