I just saw a packet of Smash in what was our village post office until a few months back. Not exactly michelin starred....but scrumdidelyumptious and ready in 30 seconds!

AMAZING....I lived on the stuff in college. Loads of marge or butter, loads of salt and pepper........nomnomnomnomnom!!!!!

Oh yes! That does it for me too. Especially when you make your own. If I do a loaf, I'll leave it for a few minutes first, but if I do rolls, I always have to pinch one straight out of the oven, slather it in proper butter and watch my waistline expand!!!
