I'm not allowed to cook a roast dinner any more at our house as Drew said it won't be as good as Cheryl's, so I'm not to try!

Behave...roasts are easy.....next time you are here for a roast dinner Lily...cook it with me, there are a few little tricks I have learned over the years to make any meat or cut of meat super juicy, roast tatties super fluffy inside and crispy on the outside and no using polenta or any other faff to crisp them up. You know what the Yorkshires are like as lots of you have used that batter recipe to MASSIVE results and the gravy.....well, that takes time to get right, but when you can make a good proper gravy, you're on a winner as it makes the rest of the dinner taste lush!
