Buy the most expensive one, if you don't like it then sell it and get the other one! You only live once!

none needed
![]() ![]() But it's not looking good for your camp. If the ZX weighs 170 dry, (750 = 163, SV = 171) why would it not be able to corner? Last edited by Stu; 12-01-10 at 09:31 PM. |

Tyre size, weight distribution, harsh rear shock/linkage, fork setup. Especially pertinent to SV would be height of CoG.
All just possibilities though. Some kwak had a reputation for a mentally harsh shock, not sure whether that included the 10 or just the 6

I think it's fair to say that the GSXR works straight out of the box, but I've yet to ride a ZX10 that worked as standard. I don't think you should let that put you off though. Given the sort of money you're looking at spending it's not that big a deal to get the suspension altered to suit you and considering the level of performance we're talking about it would be a shame not to be able to appreciate it.

The 750 IS the better bike. Unless you want a thou, but then there are better bikes out there in that capacity.

![]() What's wrong with the ZX out of the 1000's? OK the Fireblade is probably the most technologically advanced (not sure if that applies to the '06) anyway it's more about personal preference, looks & brand loyalty. Searching 'litre bikes 2006 group test' this is one of the first sensible results http://www.wheels24.co.za/Content/Bi...eborn_hooligan. I'm just choosing between 2 individual bikes that I have been offered off market - so hopefully they are cheap but I don't have the whole market to choose from and expect to get as good a deal. |
