Looks like the bike made it round the corner though without you, you sure you lost the front going in, looks more like a lowside coming out.... Sorry mate, not trying to doubt you, just the investigator in me coming out!

Ha nah its ok, yea defo front as i hit the front brake and i went down looks like that ride will have to be put on hold now

Insurance regarding bike claims varies I've found only admiral and aviva don't rate against bike claims.
Yeah would have guessed your excess would be around that, I imagine your fairing would be around £100, then it's just pegs, levers, a clipon (try nobbylad) and a few other bits. might not be worth claiming. If the forks are fooked on the other hand, it might be a closer shave.
