Actually, I would probably add a splasg of colour. You have blonde hair and blue eyes and with a black dress, I would opt for green accessories, but subtle, not the harsh, bold greens. Sometimes, wearing gold or silver can look a bit dated if you don't go for a simple, elegant style. I would go for fine gold or silver jewellery or simply a pair of pearl studs and bracelet and a champagne clutch and heels. But that's just me, like I said before...you have to be comfortable in what you wear. Actually, your dress has a ve neck, so you can easily wear a necklace as well without looking overdone.
