Hey I'm never late, honest. When I'm with Chris its another matter, he is late for everything. I was on my bike ready to go at 11.15 on Sunday and he was still faffing around on the phone.

He has advised me to 'take it easy' on a Tuesday night as there 'may be' specific operations taking place this year whilst Poole Quay is on.

Whilst I know that no one would ever deliberately break the speed limit, you might want to be extra careful - or not

Yes they are, and they are dead senstive as well on the holes bay road
