The lad that was drink driving with me in the car (unkowing) legged it from the scene and handed himself in 2 days later.
Didnt get any jail sentence

it was coming voer the m27 past the rosebowl cricket ground, they hide there to catch the barry boys coming and going from hedge end inst est it goes from a 40mph limit to a 30mph and apparently i was clocked speeding, cant remember how fast i was going but i think it was something like 33mph and breathalysed, whilst giving me my telling off some knob head Barry flew by at warp 9 and they went after the, so i quickly pegged it

it was in my fitter days but i still very much doubt it

What utter contrived daily mail tright ****e.

Im not even going to start to try and go through all that was terrible with this programme but I have picked my favourite bits of ****e.

firstly, right at the start is the copper stating that it is a real headache to deal with the london to brighton Run and coming accross like it shouldnt be allowed. ITS YOUR JOB MAN !!! you are paid to up hold the law while the public excercise their rights to do lawful things and pursue a happy life. If one of those thigns is to meet up with law abiding like minded fellows and head to the seaside then tough.

Secondly the language used was very sensationalist and gave the impression that only a few of the thousand that attend are law abiding.

and the statistics about bikers kept being regurgated in a way that basically gave the impression that we die becuase we are reckless and has nothing to do with cage driving numptees or genuine errors at lawful speeds and conditions.




Grrr.

Not speeding anyway There is no such law in the UK for speeding on a push bike (there are a few bye-laws that cover it though)
